Group of teachers of preschool, primary and secondary education that meets with university and research professors with the aim to learn starting from the encounter and relationship with the Other. The purpose of the group is the review of the meaning and sense of the Visual Arts, the connection of dilemmas and issues for the development of proposals built from the exchange of experiences with the group, and the proposal and implementation of new educational experiences to reflect and assess the results.
Estibaliz Aberasturi-Apraiz
Main researcher of the project ARTikertuz.es. She studied Fine Arts at the University of the Basque Country and obtained her PhD in Education in 2009; the study focus of the doctoral thesis was the constitution of the teaching identity analysed from the view of the autobiographical studies and the teaching narrative approached from action research studies. She has spent 20 years as a professor at the School of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology, Department of Didactics of Musical, Plastic and Corporal Expression. She belongs to the consolidated research group ELKARRIKERTUZ (which means Collaborative Research) that works from an investigation perspective.
